Tips for safe and effective cleaning
With just a few simple habits, your LVT floor will remain in excellent condition. Here are our tips:
- Remove stains immediately - The faster you act, the easier the stains will disappear.
- Vacuum regularly - Sand and dirt can cause scratches. Prevent this by using a soft brush attachment.
- Use a dust mop or well-wrung damp mop - Too much water is not necessary and even discouraged.
- Choose the right cleaning products - We recommend using products from James.
Preferably no steam cleaner
We advise against the use of a steam cleaner. The combination of high temperatures and moisture can cause damage to the floor, such as deformation or the loosening of planks. To keep your floor looking beautiful, it is better to avoid steam cleaning.
